A Buick Electra?

I don’t know what it is, but I do know it’s worth saving :)

Also, the antlers in the 4th pic are awesome

A Duece and a quarter. I think they are popular in the world of Donks and such.

1969 Buick Electra 225 Convertible.

Buick’s top of the line sedan/coupe/convertible for many many years.

It is definitely worth saving. Restorations are on the order of $10,000 and you could get that or more out of a good one.

2 door convertible with 4 seats, great cruiser. Take all your friends to the bar or on a roadtrip!

Buick Electra 225, circa 1968 or 1969, worth saving? Well that’s subjective. I’d say yes because I had one in a 4 dr and it was the most land yatch of land yatch’s there was. 430 v8, 4 bbl, seating for 6, cruise at 85 mph all day long, 12 mpg.

This one looks straight and has little rust, although it’s missing the rear wheel arch covers.

Hmm, what are the odds that you'd know that, with your screen name??? It looks to be straight, and not all that rusty. In addition it appears to be complete, other than a couple of missing fender skirts. It's pre-malaise, too - VERY worth saving!!

I personally favor the 1973 Electra 225 Limited in a nice pillarless sedan. Preferably in metallic pea.

All Buicks that legally classify as yachts or tanks due to their size should be saved.

Yeah, most of the GM C-bodys were best as 4 door hardtops, I would agree. A neighbor growing up had a '73 coupe in a mustard yellow, and a brown (black?) vinyl roof. But there's something about the C-body convertibles - you could pack about 10 people into one and go cruising comfortably.

To me all full sized convertibles of that era are worth saving if the rust isn’t too bad. If I had it I would cruise around blasting Love Shack at full volume at all times even if it wasn’t a Chrysler.

I got me a car, it’s as big as a whale

And we’re headin’ on down to the Love Shack

I got me a Chrysler, it seats about 20

So hurry up and bring your jukebox money

Front-end “height” suggests the engine could be missing / removed / gone. If that’s the case, then I’d pass.

Google “ 1969 Buick Electra Convertible for Sale ”. These have the basic same grill treatments as the 1970 models. You can get a nice sorted-out one for about $14,000 - $20,000. Fully restored and minty-fresh ones can approach $50K+

The Electra! Of all the sixties American land yachts, that happens to be the one at the top of my list to restore to better-than-new condition (i.e. adequate brakes and a low-emission, high mileage, high performance modern V8) if I ever win the lottery.
